I am so thrilled you are here!

I have spent nearly two decades exploring the places where motherhood, sexuality, Eros, pleasure and devotion meet.

I became a mother at the tender age of 21 while living in the Andes of Peru, an experience that cracked me wide open and began a lifelong journey into the magical mysteries of the female body. I geeked out HARD. And haven't stopped.

As a birthworker, hands on pelvic care practitioner, sexological bodyworker and somatic sexologist,  I have devoted my life to helping women come back into relationship with their bodies and reclaim the parts of themselves they were taught to silence.

I want mothers to own their hunger, their desire, their pleasure and their turn on as the greatest resource we have. 

I am fiercely committed to healing the Madonna/Whore split — the old story that tells women they can be mothers or sexual beings, nurturing or wild, respectable or erotic, but somehow never all of it at once.

I know this territory personally and intimately.

My own reclamation of pleasure, desire and eros as a mother has led me to some pretty wild places and has become the foundation for the work I now share with others

I am equal parts madonna and whore who can peel off the latex and make a killer lasagna all in one day. I am also a Taurus, poet, musician, and jazz singer and see beauty as a lifeline.
